| Bio: | ![]() Character Name: Adam Wyatt Nickname/alias: his nickname in high school was A-Watt. Gender: male Race: wereleopard Actual Character age: 32 DOB: March 22, 1976 Physical description: Adam is six foot even, with dark brown eyes and brown hair that falls several inches past his ears, because he refuses to cut it. He's not as thin as his brother, having a sturdier frame. The siblings nearly have the same hair color, but Adam inherited the majority of his looks from his mother. He often has a five o'clock shadow from not being bothered to shave, but besides that, has good hygiene. He likes to wear casual clothing nearly all of the time, but can clean up quite well. Distinguishing marks: He has a couple of small scars on his arms from accidents, and a tattoo on his right shoulder blade of a Chinese poem that he particularly likes. PB: Jason Behr Birth location: South Carolina Personality: Adam is gregarious and likes to joke with everyone he meets. He resists the rules to some degree, but generally doesn't cause too much trouble if he likes the place. He nearly always prefers to be casual, in the way he dresses and how he relates to others. As somewhat of an antsy person, he has trouble staying still in one place for more than a year, with the exception of China. He speaks Chinese fluently and absolutely loves the culture and the food. In fact, food is one of his favorite things in life, but he eats more often than he cooks. Adam also smokes, drinks, and has a tattoo on his right shoulder blade of a Chinese poem he loves. Two of his greatest loves are photography and architecture, and he travelled to different countries in order to take pictures of beautiful and interesting buildings. As a result, his portfolio is extensive and he loves showing it to people. If the situation calls for it, he will easily be the leader and makes sure that people get along well together, stemming from his love of teaching. Adam also has a great deal of energy which is used to speak, flirt, or explore different places, the latter of which he loves to do. In essence, he takes any opportunity he can get to explore or to do something that excites him. Personal background: Although the second son to Spencer and Lila Wyatt in Columbia, South Carolina, Adam was born on March 22, 1976 and happily received by his parents. He was a happy baby who turned into an energetic toddler. He and Nathaniel were always in the backyard, digging holes, building forts, or examining bugs and they remained close when they were both in elementary school. Adam easily befriended most of his class, and when he wasn't bringing friends home from school, he played soccer with Nathaniel in the park. Classes were reasonably easy for him too, although he was good at English due to his brother and parents insisting on him using the correct grammar and spelling whenever they glanced over his shoulder when he did his homework. When puberty hit Nathaniel, he became quieter and much more awkward, and Adam wasn't able to spend as much time with him because he preferred to stay in his room when they weren't at school. Mr. and Mrs. Wyatt put more pressure on Nathaniel to do well in junior high and Adam could see the toll that it took on his brother. As soon as Adam started seventh grade, however, the seeds of rebellion started to sprout. He started to ride his bicycle around with his friends, playing pranks on his classmates as well as playing soccer after school. He received fairly good marks in school despite his rambuctious ways, which only increased when he began high school. Attending parties every other weekend and spending most of his time at friends' houses, Adam started to drink and smoke with 'the wrong crowd,' as his brother told him. Nathaniel headed down the sciences route, but Adam took a special interest in the English language and literature along with developing his hobby of photography. When he started eleventh grade, he was now the only child in the Wyatt home, which only enflamed his rebelling against rules and curfew - stubbornly, as was the Wyatt way. He attended the local college in South Carolina, studying English and also finding time to join the photography club and perfect his technique of developing pictures. As Adam's interest in his hobby grew, so did his skirt-chasing. His relationships never lasted more than a few weeks, though, as he wasn't looking for anything serious. Towards the end of his college career, Adam realised how much he wanted to be a teacher and signed on to a course afterwards to get his teaching certificate. Now properly equipped, he could start the trip of his dreams around the world, teaching English in various countries and stopping wherever he wanted, using part of the money he earned to fund his hobby of photographing interesting architectual buildings and beautiful scenery. His parents naturally were hesitant about the idea, but he promised that he'd phone or e-mail them frequently to update them on his activities. The journey began in the States as Adam began to move West, first stopping in Tennessee and making his way to Oklahoma, Louisana, and Texas, depending on how often the schools needed substitute teachers. He stayed in Texas for a few months before traveling to the Mid-West. One of his favorite states was Minnesota, as he enjoyed the multitude of lakes, and loved to visit the Grand Canyon frequently in Arizona. At age twenty-five, Adam wanted a change of scenery and luckily managed to save enough money to buy a plane ticket to Ireland. There, he stayed with a very kind Irish family, a couple and their nine-year-old son, who happened to be in his class. Liking it there so much, Adam stayed in Ireland to teach for a whole year before flying to England and also taught there a year. When summer holidays rolled around, he decided to take a holiday in Paris, France and it was there that he happened to meet Catalina Araújo. She was a waitress at the small bistro he visited and the two soon hit it off. After her workdays ended, they went out about town, visiting different parts of Paris or staying in for pleasureable activities. Their fling only lasted a week before Adam's holiday ended and he had to take a train to Switzerland. Switzerland attracted him enough to stay on a full six months before he started to travel to a couple more countries to the East. He stopped in Baotao, China and continued to live there for the next two years. Not only did he love teaching the Chinese children, but he found the culture and language fascinating. Soon, he became fluent in Chinese and found a couple of good friends there. In late February of the present year, Adam had just finished teaching a class when he saw a woman reporting in the street. After she finished, he walked up to her and discovered after conversing that her name was Dallas Faulk and her focus was on various missionary groups. They continued to talk and flirt, and eventually had dinner together the same evening. A few more days passed of the two spending more time with each other and becoming closer. After a week, Dallas asked if he could come along with her and her reporter friends as interpreter to a missionary group and he accepted. On the third of march, the interviews went along quite smoothly, and they were on their way back from the city to which they'd travelled when the sun set. The full moon soon shone through the clouds and Dallas shifted, unaware that she'd been changed the previous month. She attacked and bit him, then went for the others, but unfortunately, two of Dallas' reporter friends were not as lucky to survive. Adam was discovered and taken to a hospital, and afterwards he emailed Nathaniel to relate what had happened. Nathaniel told Adam that he'd ask around to get a scout to come and find him. Dallas later called Adam and he was able to pry out her location, so he then asked his brother to inquire for another scout to find her. Family: Spencer, father.
